2023年，上海美勤教育信息咨詢有限公司上海校區學生(shēng)分(fēn)别前往蘇州天平山與橫沙島，開(kāi)啓愛丁堡公爵國際獎（以下(xià)簡稱“愛獎”）戶外(wài)探索課程的銅章和銀章練習之旅。學子們還走近湖州莫幹山和西湖茶山，踏上戶外(wài)探索課程銅章和銀章的資(zī)格旅程。

In 2023, Ulink College of Shanghai students embarked on the DofE program's Bronze Medal and Silver Medal practice journey in Suzhou Tianping Mountain and Hengsha Island. They also initiated the Bronze and Silver Medals qualification journey to Moganshan and West Lake Tea Mountain.

做好充分(fēn)的行前準備，完成野外(wài)生(shēng)存課程，青年們懷着決心與勇氣，在相互陪伴中(zhōng)步入一(yī)個從未過涉足過的世界，全身心地沉浸在自然之中(zhōng)。

他們開(kāi)啓了一(yī)段探險未知(zhī)之旅，在探索中(zhōng)汲取讓内心成長的力量。

Having undergone pre-departure preparation and wilderness survival courses, armed with determination and courage, Ulinkers accompanied each other to venture into uncharted territories and be enveloped by the forces of nature. They opened the doors to the unknown journey, experiencing the transformative power of growth along the way.

懷着出發的雀躍與忐忑，學子們最後一(yī)次檢查裝備，最後一(yī)次确定路線，最後一(yī)次平複心情。

在導師們悉心的指導下(xià)，他們進行了充分(fēn)的熱身，喚醒每一(yī)塊沉睡的肌肉關節。

向寫在旅程計劃書(shū)中(zhōng)的目标進發，每個學生(shēng)都在團隊、自然與行走中(zhōng)探索着未被發掘的自我(wǒ)。

Before departure, Ulinkers meticulously checked their equipment once more, re-evaluated the chosen route, and took a moment to calm their nerves. Guided by the instructors, they engaged in thorough warm-up exercises to awaken muscles and joints. They set forth towards the planned destination with a written journey plan, embarking on an exploration of the unexplored aspects of themselves.

路雖遠，行則必至。在華東丘陵陡峭的山體(tǐ)間，路線充滿了艱難的爬升。

向上的每一(yī)步都是毅力的證明，步步皆風景，步步皆探索。

The travelers went on with the journey despite the long and challenging road. The East China hilly region features steep mountains, offering climbing routes. Each step of the climb required the perseverance of Ulinkers, revealing a different view with every stride—an ongoing exploration with each step taken.

北(běi)半球的初冬，太陽直射點落在南(nán)回歸線；在漫長的夜幕降臨前，隊員(yuán)們抓緊寶貴的白(bái)晝趕到了營地。

夕陽西沉，山野複歸寂靜，與降至冰點的氣溫鮮明對比的是逐漸活躍的氣氛：大(dà)家圍坐在一(yī)起，在導師的引導下(xià)，靜靜沉思着今日的曆程。

腦海中(zhōng)，回憶的開(kāi)關悄然打開(kāi)，閃爍起一(yī)幕幕記憶：從啓程時的興奮、好奇，到一(yī)路上的坎坷、疲憊與克服，再到最後的豐收與成長。

思考過後，每個人都用熱情、自豪的分(fēn)享表現着内心力量的成長。探索-改變-成長，在每個隊員(yuán)身上潛移默化地發生(shēng)着。

With the sun casting its direct illumination on the Tropic of Capricorn, the days became shorter and nights longer. Upon reaching the camp within the daylight hours, teams gathered to review the day's course. As the sun set, enveloping the mountains in silence and temperatures dropped to freezing point, Ulinkers pressed on undeterred. They shared humble meals to fuel their enthusiasm, alleviate fatigue, and keep themselves warm in the chilly evening.

“唯有美食不可辜負”，隊員(yuán)們旅程計劃書(shū)中(zhōng)的食品規劃是掃清疲憊的關鍵。

從前期準備、分(fēn)工(gōng)購買到分(fēn)裝背負着運入山野，隊員(yuán)們在不經意間心意相通，盡顯默契；食材雖簡單，卻是溫暖心靈的一(yī)劑魔藥。

探索自然的同時，隊員(yuán)也不忘“山野無痕-LNT法則”，保護自然原始的笑顔。

"A 'bite' better is a lot better." Food planning in the team's journey is crucial for alleviating fatigue. From pre-preparation and dividing tasks to purchasing and loading backpacks for the mountain trek, teamwork was constantly at play. Despite simple ingredients, it served as "a good medicine for the heart." While exploring nature, Ulinkers also uphold the "LNT principles" to protect the original smile of nature.

山野靜靜睡去(qù)，營地燃起篝火(huǒ)；當火(huǒ)光勾勒出青春臉龐的輪廓，每個人的情緒都到達了最高點。

一(yī)路的疲勞與風塵都仿佛被熱情的篝火(huǒ)吞噬，取而代之的是深深的放(fàng)松與舒适。

As the mountains embraced slumber, campfires flickered to life. Emotions among everyone soared to a high point, with the firelight casting dancing silhouettes on faces. It felt as though all the fatigue and hardship had been swallowed up by the flames, replaced by a profound sense of comfort and relaxation.

篝火(huǒ)點亮親密、團結的氛圍，大(dà)家分(fēn)享着彼此的故事，歡聲笑語在火(huǒ)光中(zhōng)躍然。

忘記了年級、班級的區分(fēn)，學子們歡聚于不同的隊伍中(zhōng)。如果說白(bái)天的徒步是磁場的吸引，那麽夜晚的篝火(huǒ)則是靈魂的交流。溫暖的氛圍彌漫在營地裏，映襯着征程後的驕傲與愉悅。

Amid the warmth and unity fostered by the campfire, everyone shared stories, and the sound of laughter and conversation echoed in the firelight. Each team comprised teammates of different grades and classes; if daytime hiking was a magnetic attraction, nighttime campfires were moments of spiritual exchange. The atmosphere exuded warmth, reflecting the satisfaction and joy they derived from their journey.

相信學子們從此将變得更勇敢、更堅定，更有探索未知(zhī)的勇氣，更敢于勇往直前!
