As a senior executive, she interviewed over a hundred candidates for different positions. So she has a good understanding in what kind of talents leading companies are looking for and how important it is to develop certain qualities before one enters university.
Emily believes every student has his/her own strength in academics. However, some key qualities, such as the ability to study independently and overcome setbacks, will benefit a person for a lifetime.
Emily loves travelling and explore different cultures. For her, no matter it is a modern city or a rural village, there is always something interesting to learn, something to appreciate.
