大(dà)家好，我(wǒ)是凱凱，2011年畢業于揚州大(dà)學農學系，出于對足球的癡迷，跨專業轉行至青少年運動培訓領域已有11年之久，曾就職于上海、北(běi)京大(dà)型青少年體(tǐ)育俱樂部，擔任教學和管理工(gōng)作，教授對象包含幼兒園中(zhōng)外(wài)籍學生(shēng)至成人。擅長搭建管理中(zhōng)外(wài)籍教學團隊，研發課程，曾将足球運動普及、精英培訓深入至上海各區近百所學校，覆蓋幼兒園至大(dà)學全學齡段數萬學生(shēng)，同期參與國家級、省市級足球教師（教練員(yuán)）培訓項目，累計培訓超千人。

在我(wǒ)的課上我(wǒ)傾向于通過提問的方式來逐步激發學生(shēng)思考而不是直接灌輸知(zhī)識點，同時我(wǒ)鼓勵孩子積極探索嘗試，在自身水平之上挑戰自我(wǒ)，在課程設置上我(wǒ)堅持确保學生(shēng)們的參與度達到最大(dà)化。

Hi, this is Kaikai. I graduated from Yangzhou University agricultural science. Due to the endless love of football, I have devoted myself to youth training for 10 years. And I had been working in large youth sports clubs in Beijing and Shanghai as coach and program manager, coaching both Chinese and expat students even adult. I’m good at curriculum development and international team building, which deeply developed football PE and elite training in about 100 schools in Shanghai, covering all the age groups from kindergarten to university. There are more than 10,000 students who have benefited from the programs. Meanwhile, I have also participated in provincial and municipal and national level football teacher/coach education, trained more than 1,000 candidates in total.

I prefer to use questions to inspire students to think instead of inputting the info to them during my class, step by step. And I encourage the kids to explore, to challenge themselves at their own level, I also insist organizing the drills and exercises to make sure maximum participation for the students.
